- Mix 200 g of chocolate-flavored ice cream powder with 300 ml of cold coffee.
- Put the mixture in the freezer for 20-40 minutes.
- Then whisk with a mixer for 2-5 minutes to the desired consistency.
- Pour out the whipped mixture into the mold or box you like (the dish should be at least 1.5 liters) and place in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours (until frozen through).
- Decorate and enjoy!
*A particularly pleasant coffee nuance is added if at the end of the whipping you mix a little soluble coffee into the ice cream mixture – the pieces of instant coffee and the sweet and bitter mecca remain especially effective after freezing!
